BioSmart – label design for probiotic cleaning range

CHALLENGE
Microbz needed their whole range of probiotic cleaners to be rebranded in time for the publication of a chemical-free living eBook, BioSmart Living, designed and illustrated by Spaced. Their existing labels looked tired and the amber ‘medicine’ bottles gave the wrong impression of what they contained!

RESPONSE
Spaced sourced some new sleek black bottle range from 250ml to 5 litre containers. The whole concept is built around living microbial solutions that work healthily around the house literally eating grime and dirt. Various concepts were entertained including friendly bug characters. Typographically, there was a lot going on already so we decided a strong blob matrix would be the defining brand shape. Colour coded blobs marry the spray bottles to relevant concentrate.
