Zhineng Qigong is the most widely respected and practiced qigong in China today for both health and healing. Based on the laws of nature, Grandmaster and Dr Pang Ming founded this natural healing system to develop physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Master Liu worked for three years translating Grandmaster Pang’s books on Zhineng Qigong in order to present this important information in an accurate English translation. In the book, he explains the nine characteristics of Zhineng Qigong that make it different from other forms of qigong; Yi Yuan Ti theories; how to pull energy information; how to organize the qi field; as well as information on the forms. Master Liu’s book is a much needed complement to any teacher and student in developing a deeper understanding and practice of Zhineng Qigong. VIEW SAMPLE PAGES PDF

£18 GBP – UK and EUROPE (Airmail); £22 GBP – rest of WORLD)
LCUPCD is the first level of Zhineng Qigong, a basic method for healing disease and improving health. It is a moving form in which the student learns to exchange qi with the universe and bring external qi into the body. The gentle, slow movements and visualizations bring about a meditative state that help open blockages in the body, helping the body/mind heal from disease. The mind is used to induce qi exchange through the mind’s consciousness visualisations, allowing internal qi to go outward and external Qi to absorb inward. The student will also learn to gather qi and quickly learn the techniques of how to emit external qi for healing.

“Every sentence in the book is incredibly important, and has great depth. It is a very important book in its present form”“I read your book quickly and must say it is probably the best translation I have seen so far. Congratulations! I will be happy to start reading it thoroughly…” “In the book, he explains the 9 characteristics of Zhineng Qigong that make it different from other forms of qigong… Yi Yuan Ti theories… how to pull energy information… how to organize the qi field… as well as information on the forms.” “Liu’s writing is more technical, cryptic, and very very detailed in energy concepts… it is for ZQ students and is really a compliment to studying with a teacher”
Master Yuantong Liu Master Liu began studying a traditional form of qigong at the age of eight, and for the last 30 years has been practicing Zhineng Qigong. He was a teacher at the famous Hua Xia Zhineng Qigong Center in China for 10 years, also attending the rigorous two year Masters training program. He leads retreats to China twice a year, and has taught in Tibet, Sweden, Holland, Malaysia, Indonesia and USA. Master Liu is also acknowledged as a Tui Na massage expert, having worked in the area for the last 14 years. His Tui Na studies were furthered at the Zhineng Qigong Centre, and he currently owns the Tai Ji Tui Na Healing Center in Meishan, Sichuan, China.
Zhineng Qigong was created by Dr. Pang Ming, an M.D., a Doctor of Chinese medicine, and a Qigong Grandmaster (there are only a small number of Qigong Grandmasters in the world). He studied qigong under 18 different Grandmasters, and in 1979 he developed Zhineng Qigong as a result of his search for more powerful ways to help his patients heal.
Dr. Pang has written many books on Zhineng Qigong. He not only created Zhineng Qigong, which is easy to learn and highly effective, but has also written the “Integral Hun Yuan Theories” and introduced the use of the Qi-field to teach qigong and to treat patients.
Zhineng Qigong is a deeply meditative practice that is used to heal the body, mind, and spirit, bringing us into balance with nature. It is a self-healing practice that embraces daily practice to overcome unhealthy mental and physical habits.
Zhineng Qigong returns the body to health through:
• Movement – forms
• Healing affirmations to replace old, unhealthy ones
• Visualization (learning to use the mind to control our qi)
• Sound
• Breath (learning to breath naturally again)
• Expanding our frame of reference so that we can change our emotional habits
• Healthy foods, prepared in a natural way
